How to Cope with After-School Meltdowns
CPR/First Aid classes in the past have recommended "Stayin' Alive" as mental music for keeping pace while doing CPR. THat has recently been determined to be a few beats short per minute. So either speed up slightly, or use "Baby Shark", which comes out to 110 beats per minute. And do remember to count so you remember to do the breaths.
